Hirsaque RV-014

Hirsaque RV-014

Classification Type:

Partial Facial Formation — Cranial Crest Variant

Discovery Location:

Classified Zone

Condition:

The specimen remains structurally intact with moderate natural weathering across its surface. Fine mineral erosion has softened portions of the exterior while preserving the overall facial geometry. The formation displays a dense, grain-like texture with isolated micro-cavities and minor surface irregularities. No major fractures or structural weaknesses are present.

Observation Status:

Active Observation

Perceived Features:

This specimen presents one of the more unusual cranial profiles recorded within the Rockveil Archive. Rather than resembling a conventional humanoid formation, its elongated facial structure and raised cranial crest create an appearance more closely associated with reptilian or prehistoric anatomy.

The left ocular cavity is clearly defined and deeply recessed beneath an elevated brow ridge, giving the specimen a focused and alert expression. The right side of the face extends outward into a pronounced cranial mass, creating significant asymmetry and contributing to its distinctive silhouette.

A small opening beneath the primary facial region suggests a narrow oral formation. Although subtle, its placement follows the expected facial proportions observed throughout other documented specimens. No fully developed nasal structure is visible, with the central facial region instead forming a continuous ridge between the eye and mouth.

The upper portion of the specimen rises into a tall, rounded cranial crest that extends well beyond the facial features. This elevated structure gives the appearance of a reinforced skull or natural protective crest and distinguishes the specimen from the broader facial formations found elsewhere within the archive.

Surface texture is coarse and heavily mineralised, consisting of tightly packed grains, shallow weathering marks, and scattered micro-cavities. Despite its compact size, the facial geometry remains immediately recognizable from multiple viewing angles.

Overall, the specimen possesses one of the most distinctive profiles currently catalogued. Its elongated head, pronounced cranial crest, and asymmetrical facial anatomy create a striking appearance that evokes comparisons to ancient reptilian or dinosaur-like lifeforms while remaining consistent with the unexplained facial formations documented throughout the Archive.
